Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center In Asheville, North Carolina, USA

Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center, located in Asheville, North Carolina, was designed by Lord Aeck Sargent Architecture. Blue Ridge Parkway is one of the first and longest Drive in rural America, 496 miles winding through mountain ranges and beautiful vistas past seemingly endless. So when the National Park Service decided to use a destination resort to direct visitors to the treasures of the region, it is leased land architect Lord Aeck and Sargent to design a facility that tell the story of the walk, while shelving natural diversity and cultural traditions of the region economic and recreational opportunities.
