We are Traci Connell Interiors and are thrilled to be guest posting today here on House of Turquoise.
We are an Interior Design firm in Dallas, Texas that specializes in creating beautiful, transitional spaces with character and uniqueness. We work in mainly two ways with our clients, full service design and online design. One in which we are fully involved in every detail, and one in which we plan out your space and you put it all together yourself! We'd love for you to read more about our full service design and online design programs on our website!
Today, we are here to tell you about a space we recently completed,
using House of Turquoise's favorite hue...Blue!
(which happens to be our favorite color as well!)

A traditional home transformed into a light, airy and transitional masterpiece....what fun!
The sea-green base of this light and airy family room emphasize the light blues, creams and wood tones in this family room. The most stunning Vanguard sectional is the framework for this comfortable, and beautiful family room.
We incorporated a bit of geometric, contemporary feel with the Kravet patterned sofa pillows. With the dark woven woods, the cream sheer drapery panels in this room really stood out.
We are in love with this greek key nailhead pattern on the sofa arms.
A cozy kitchen nook was created with this "birch woods" inspired artwork
and custom table and chairs.

This formal living room greets you as you walk through the front door of this home.

By using soft blues, warm golds, and creams, we incorporated a bit of whimsy in the rug
along with geometric striped chair upholstery and small chevron window treatments
for this beautiful dining room. The client kept her existing dining table and side chairs
and we came in to add the striped chairs and other items!
